Trip to Santa Maria!
Today I leave to go see: Grandma Grow, Mom, Seanna and Clayson in Santa Maria! I'll be there for the week. Tim will come on Friday night after work, if he gets off at the regular time! Saturday we all and Jonathan and Caity are going to attend the Melodrama in San Luis Obispo! So, I may not be writing on here the next few days or posting 19 week pictures....but everything is just great! I feel bitter/sweet going, leaving Tim here at home for the week. But glad for time with more family! Hugs, Tim, Bren and baby
In December, Cubby, Seanna and Clayson came and stayed with me while Tim was gone at school. So so thankful for them! This day we went to The River Walk Park and got some sun!

For expecting moms, that plan to breastfeed
Friday evening a dear friend who works in the medical field sent me a text... "Hey...hope you had a good week! thought I would tell you (you may already know) that starting this year, the new obama health care bill mandates that all insurances pay 100% of the cost of a breast pump for you. Have a good weekend!" This morning I got another wonderful text from her..."forgot to tell you...yummymummystore.com will file your insurance (claim) for you if they have the one (pump) you want." I've had my eye on a hands free Medela and the online store has it! I'll talk to my insurance on Monday to get all the details from them. I will update on here what I learn! "Nesting" has really set in, so I'm off to one of my many project! =) Have a great weekend! Hugs, Tim and Brennan

18 weeks!
Baby girl is growing! From Babycenter: "Head to rump, baby is about 5 1/2 inches long and she weighs almost 7 ounces. She's busy flexing her arms and legs — movements that you'll start noticing more and more in the weeks ahead. Her blood vessels are visible through her thin skin, and her ears are now in their final position, although they're still standing out from her head a bit. A protective covering of myelin is beginning to form around her nerves, a process that will continue for a year after she's born. " My finger nails have been growing like crazy and my ankles/fingers have been swelling some! We registered for our "Labor and Birthing" class at the hospital baby girl will be delivered at! It's a girl!
Yesterday we learned we will be welcoming a baby girl!!!! The Doc also moved Baby Moore's due date to June 29th! This is great considering I'm going to be in Donovan and Kayla's wedding, June 1st in Texas =) Every day counts! Miss Moore now weighs a third of a pound and her heart rate was 146! Baby Moore was so active the ultra sound technician asked me what I ate for lunch and asked Baby to "Stay still!", as she tried to capture pictures of her. Every time we've seen her, she has been active! Tim and I love having the pictures of her! We just keep looking at them, so precious! I think she has my lips =) We bought our first pair of shoes for Baby Moore, if she like shoes as much as her Mommy and Daddy both do, I think we are in trouble! Next appointment is February 12th! Dentist Office
Today at the dentist. Dr."Are you going to find out what kind you are having?" Assistant and I laugh. Assistant, "Its part ape Doc!" Dr. "As soon as that came out, I knew it wasn't right!" Me, "I'll let you know in 3 years." =D =)

16 weeks!
16 weeks already! Baby Moore really isn't hiding anymore =)
I love reading weekly updates about Baby Moore's progress from babycenter! Here is a general idea of Baby M's development this week, explains why I'm going to bed early again! "Get ready for a growth spurt. In the next few weeks, your baby will double its weight and add inches to its length. Right now, baby is about the size of an avocado: 4 1/2 inches long (head to rump) and 3 1/2 ounces. Baby's legs are much more developed, baby's head is more erect than it has been, and baby's eyes have moved closer to the front of baby's head. Baby's ears are close to their final position, too." Next doctor appointment!
Our doctor's office called and rescheduled our next appointment today. But I'm quite happy about it! I'll get to be with Tim for his week of Advanced Driving, I won't have to drive to and from Livermore twice and I'll be 17 weeks at the appointment on the 15th! Pretty good chance we will get to know if we are having a boy or girl! So exciting! Last weekend we were in Bend, OR, visiting Tim's family! I'll try and get some pictures up of some of our time in Bend. Here is something funny that happened to me today: Just called a lab's billing department. Asked if they could please bill our insurance. Lady in billing department then says, "Do you have insurance?" LOL Here's your sign! =)
